• Minimum 1-2 years of concrete batcher experience, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Dispatching experience is considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of concrete production processes, mix designs, and material properties.
• Familiarity with computerized batching systems.
• Inventory control.
• Operate front end loader if required.
• Excellent customer relations.
• Knowledge of concrete industry.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Have a valid driver's license and driver’s abstract according to company policy.
• Meet all Safety requirements and policies.
